I would like to request a review of my recent ban. This appears to be an automatic anti-cheat ban, not an admin action.
Yesterday there were server connectivity issues in the Indian region, and we were advised to use a VPN to connect since we were unable to log in otherwise (it kept showing “connection lost”). I used a free VPN, which periodically changes IP addresses due to its time limits. Because of this, my account might have been flagged for connecting from multiple IPs in a short period.
I also noticed that the ban date displayed is 27.08.25, but I actually got banned today. This might indicate a system error or incorrect timestamp.
I want to clarify that I was not using any cheats or third-party tools. I only used the VPN to connect and play normally after the regional outage. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this matter and lift the ban once confirmed.
