Marley grew up in the harsh environment of Rotterdam, where every new day was a struggle to survive. Her family hardly managed to make ends meet, and trust was something she had to learn to offer only at her own risk. She took to petty crime to help out her loved ones-doing whatever it took to get by. As she continued, she turned out to be tougher, bolder, but never forgot that this was not her dream-to be a police officer and give peace to streets like hers. Her dad had once worn this uniform with pride until he was killed in a store robbery trying to save an innocent worker. That moment had shattered her but also gave her a reason to live: to honor his name and continue what he was doing.
Years later, she discovered that the truth was, her father was betrayed and framed by corrupt officers who made him appear as a criminal. That woke her up and made her realise that she wanted to fix the corrupt system. When gang threats and corruption became too much for the family. They moved to America looking for a new begining. Marley then promised herself to fix the corruption and follow her dads footsteps. When things in Chicago got too dangerous with gang threats, her family moved to Los Santos for safety. There Marley joined the police force for a change and fix in the system.

Marley moved to Detroit, she lived with other homeless families in the homeless shelter. They barely had enough to eat and a meal would be a blessing. Everyday was like a fight. She learned that she couldnt have trust in many people. Her father was a high command in the police force and made a bad choice. He was framed for corruption and lost his position in the police force. They then moved again to Chicago and her dad got himself back as a trainee in the police force. He was then killed in a store robbery as he still thought he was a high command and tried to be a hero... The loss was crushing and woke Marley up. She couldnt let her fathers mistakes take her down. She promised herself that she would follow her fathers footsteps but not make bad choices. They then moved to Los Santos for another fresh start, Marley saw her chance to finally make that drream real. Every time she put on the uniform, it brought her closer to justice.
Outcomes:
1-Marley can remove people‘s criminal background or wanted list for a bribe. (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
2-Marley can engage in criminal activity such as go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from black market or use illegal stuff. ( No org weapons)
3- Marley is able to enter the ghetto and trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s with gang members.
4- Marley is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
5-Marley can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
6-Marley can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favors.
7- Marley is able to sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the blackmarket, as well as sell classified information. (not org weapons)
