4.2 Why I want to lead this organization
First and foremost, I want to lead Marabunta Grande because it’s one of the oldest and most iconic gangs in the Grand Theft Auto universe. Its reputation draws people in, and I want to return it to an active, respected force. If you give me the position, I’ll focus on restoring the gang’s atmosphere and presence so that members feel proud to wear our colors and rival crews take us seriously.
Second, I understand both sides of in-game confrontations — what a Leo (law enforcement character) will do during a robbery or event, and what a gang member needs to do to succeed. That perspective lets me design events and operations with a high chance of success, because I can anticipate likely responses and plan accordingly.
Third, I can handle the responsibilities of leadership. I have strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and I’ve held commanding roles in both state and criminal roleplay situations before. That experience will help me manage the organization professionally and consistently.
4.3 Advice for improving RolePlay quality in the organization
Build a strong high command: The leadership team sets the tone. I’ll choose commanders who are experienced, fair, and active.
No favoritism: Ranks will be awarded by merit and contribution, not by friendships. If any high-ranking member shows favoritism, I’ll address it quickly and firmly.
Be present and engaged: I’ll be active at HQ when there aren’t events, and I’ll keep open lines of communication with members so they feel connected and informed.
Lead from the front: I won’t avoid tough ops. I’ll join members on robberies, turf fights, and other high-stakes activities to teach, support, and build trust.
Practical training: I’ll give members opportunities to learn by doing — following commands, practicing basic tactics, and gradually taking on bigger roles so they stay interested and improve.

Finish the term with zero official warnings and zero verbal infractions against the organization.
Provide clear, safe roleplay training for newcomers so they can participate confidently and respectfully.
