I am at capital building. I request government officer. Can I go inside for donation EMS There is one of said SHE IS not in uniform.I show him my passport. I said you can search me I want to go inside. she say no you can't access in government building because you are harassing government officer. If I harassing government officer. Government officer can handcuff me and make a department for me. We have a 10:15. He is charges his harassing.PC2.9.11 he can't send me in the demorgan he can mute me if i doing mixing. when government officer harassing me when I call someone he say no it is IC issue.And apply one Forum on him. He harassing me the one admin rejected my Forum he say it is IC issue you can call police.But today I don't harassing. I just telling to government officer. Can I go inside for donation EMS? I can't harassing anyone. I just say I want to go inside She said you can't go inside you harassing thing and he handcuffed me and he arresting me but admin send me into DEMorgan.
