Approved Rejection of leader application and Favoritism | Avanshh Yadav

Dear higher ups hope your day going good,
Sir yesterday night I applied for families leadership and today my application got rejected without giving any clear answer to me. Here is the first application:
Rejected - Leader of Families | Abdulhadi Nichtt
In this application the admin said me put more efforts in application. Sir as you can also check I used the same application every time I applied for leadership, I got leadership 4 times with the same application. Here are proof:
Approved - Leader of Marabunta Grande | Abdul Hadii
Approved - Leader of Families | Abdul Hadii
Approved - Leader of Bloods | Abdul Hadii
Approved - Leader of Marabunta Grande | Abdulhadi Nicht
As you can see in all applications I used the same application and even senior curator of crime Markus Cartel, senior admin Snow fury, senior admin Harry Marsh and Stefano and even bawan broddy everyone checked and approved the application without any rejection.

But this time admin rejected it and even I edited it and posted it again here: Rejected - Leader of Families | Abdulhadi Nichtt
But still he rejected my application so that i not get leadership, and he said interview already schedule
I kindly request you guys to pls look in this matter and take actions on it.
