2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?"
• I want to become a leader because, since the beginning, I always enjoyed the criminal side other than State, the way u can rob people, do certain events and also turf it just caught my attention, and I've stuck to it since the beginning, and I'll try my best to make it the most active gang.
• I also have goals which I want to achieve, such as having the most active gang, successful gang raids and robberies and in general, people around me that will stick with me until the end. Also, I want to have the whole ghetto painted in our colours and have a dedicated spray team.
• Also, I want to keep the gangs friendly, which sometimes can be hard because of certain differences that always happen, make sure the requirements are all done in time, and I want to keep it as clean as possible, which is always better.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
• Getting the gangs together and doing events with each other, we are stronger against the state in events like SUBS
• Rewarding members for their valuable time spent in the gang, and also their dedication and loyalty
Removing favouritism and doing the system so everyone gets what they deserve, nobody will be underappreciated in my gang
• As I mentioned above, to have the whole ghetto painted green and also having a stable graffiti team and a proper lead who's gonna lead them in it.
• Have people around me that can do the work when I'm not there
• Doing as many events as possible to keep members involved with as much RP as possible
