So at first you can see he doesn't wanna put his hands up hes making up excuses saying he doesn't know how to put his hands up and hes straight pressing N and refusing all of our demands . Secondly you can see that until admin comes up to him he stalled and a guy whos possessing this amount of illegal weapons he must have enough experience in city to put his hands up otherwise it doesn't make any sense he straight up was deceiving to admin about him not knowing how to put his hands up as he refused to our demands multiple times by pressing N and some of us even said him to press Y which he completely ignored. Lastly I gave him demands to drop the People Scanner For which I got punished I'm new in en2 and still learning rules I don't have issue with getting banned bc of asking people scanner as I was not aware of the rule this rule was removed in en1 and en3 a long ago, Lets come back to the point I gave him demands to drop the scanner he had guns pointed on him instead of fearing for his life he started saying nice nice like in real life doesn't make sense that you will say nice nice to the people robbing you and then he goes like the people scanner is in my hand which was a complete lie as you cant put people scanner in your hand like guns and he was talking while dead as well so that's fail RP.
