Officer called me a racial slur and threatens to arrest me on site without cause. See spot :0:58 and watch until 2:22. He paid other officer to report and bully me. Now I am being punished 2 times for same offence. Now serving 4 hours (3 in Demorgan and already served the 1 for leaving while under arrest due to internet dropping).

If my submission format is wrong FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE show me how to submit and do not reject for that alone for the 5th time. I have followed all the format examples given. All the the evidence, is there.
