2. Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization?
Commitment to Discipline and Structure:
The National Guard represents order, loyalty, and professionalism-values I strongly identify with. I have always admired the discipline and coordination within SANG, and I want to lead by example, maintaining standards whereby every member feels proud to wear the uniform.
Experience and Leadership Skills:
With time in other organizations and past RP experiences, I've learned how to manage teams, organize operations, and maintain strong communication. I believe I can use that experience to build a reliable command structure, motivate members, and create an environment that feels both serious and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Improving the Presence of SANG in the City:
My goal is to make the National Guard more active and respected in the city's everyday RP, meaning more training drills, public patrols, and cooperation with other state organizations. The goal is not just to have SANG be a defense force, but a highly visible pillar of authority and professionalism in San Andreas.
3. Advice on how to improve the level of RolePlay in the organization:
To raise RP quality in SANG, I'd focus on training, communication, and structure.
• Training: Regular RP-based trainings besides combat include discipline drills, emergency procedures, and realistic situation responses, such as checkpoints, riots, or military operations.
• Communication: Encouraging proper radio codes, chain of command, and in-character conduct at all times.
• Structure: Establish clear ranks, responsibilities, and promotion systems that reward activity and good RP, not just time served.
I would also provide internal RP events such as base inspections, convoy missions, and joint operations with LSPD or FIB. This keeps members busy and increases teamwork throughout the server.
As a leader, my goal would be to make SANG one of the most respected and professional organisation in the city when needed but still enjoyable for players to grow and enjoy RP.
