1. Khan can use illegal firearms and painted ones both on and off duty, whether acquired through personal purchase or looting/robbing from his victims.
2. Khan can take money ( 100k max ) or illegal stuff from criminals as a bribe for letting criminals go
3. Khan can lie about requesting someone a lawyer or deny the lawyer's request.
