2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- Since I have joined the city I have always been on the side of the law, One of my first organizations was SAHP, I really enjoy being a part of such a great organization. I want to become the Sheriff because I want to uphold the law, bring justice and maintain clear highways for everyone so civilians can drive freely without having to worry about being robbed etc. I have been a high command in every department in the SAHP so I know very well how the organization operates and works. If I am the Sheriff, the organization will get my full attention and I will work as much as possible.
- I will have strong and dedicated members in all departments. I will make sure that everyone gets their work done without any flaws. Everyone will always be respected and treated well without being left out. My goal is to promote respect, discipline, teamwork. I will maintain a team where all of my troopers will be greatly trained, they will always perform at their best and will always be professional. Myself and my high commands will always try to motivate the lower ranks to keep working hard. I will always be unbiased, I won't do any favouritism and everyone who does that or tries to abuse their power will face consequences.
- As of currently both the Great Ocean Highway and DOC highway have been occupied by gangs and crime families trying to rob civilians and do criminal acts. We will do highway patrols almost daily with the HWP and SWAT department to try and bring these gangs and crime families down so everyone can actually enjoy either patrolling (from the LEO side) or just reaching a destination instead of being in fear everyday of getting robbed and taken as a hostage. We will also conduct checkpoint at least 2 times a day to ensure that every civilian is clean and law abiding.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will be in close touch with the leaders of the other state organizations and will organize events for all employees to participate. That can be a combat training, fake hostage situations, negotiations etc. So everyone can sharpen their skills so that they can use them in real situations. I will have a strong HRT and IA team where they will work together. HRT will be hiring people as much as they can, we will host open recruitments daily and I will make HRT available 24/7. IA will closely monitor how the organization operates internally, if someone does something wrong, they will get punished by the IA team. HRT will also train people instead of letting them do the training alone, that way the trainees will feel that they have someone to help them. The PR department will be active as much as possible and organize as many events as they can so they can improve the relations with the public. So when the public calls us they will feel confident in us because they will trust us.
