3.1 Integration of Emergency Medical Services and Life Invader.
Regular meet of all legal orgs every few days for discussing tactics specially the tactical departments of every legal org on certain locations which criminals generally attack. This would help agents be prepared more to follow the plan of action by HCs.
3.3 Internal RP improvement
I’ll ensure that only well-trained individuals with strong communication and leadership skills are appointed to HC positions across all departments — HR, UC, Spec Ops, IA and SAU.
Every HC will be thoroughly familiar with the event protocols.
In addition, I’ll focus on training agents to manage every situation calmly and effectively within RP, minimizing the need for any admin involvement.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I have dedicated most of my time in the city to FIB gaining experience in various departments with specialization in UC and Spec Ops. My works can be seen from the past FIB terms specifically Tommy Slater’s where I was the deputy director and managed to complete a successful raid season and not only that in total 44 raids in 50 days.
- Apart from undercover I was also a part of SAU under Bilal and Spec ops under Jonny Odds. Being a part of these departments, I learnt a lot about the tactical work in FIB and also helped me figure out better ways to handle situations and have better situational awareness.
- My final reason would be to complete the raid season and try my best to get the highest raids possible in the past year terms and improve the RP standards of FIB.
3.1 Integration of Emergency Medical Services and Life Invader.
- I’ll ensure that EMS and FIB conduct joint training sessions to implement coordinated action plans for hostage situations and store robberies. This will help minimize confusion during real incidents. In cases involving civilian hostages, EMS will take complete responsibility for safely transporting them to the hospital, preferably via helicopter for medical evaluation, treatment or release if found fit.
- Life Invader has previously played a key role in exposing criminals by posting ad requests for illegal items. This collaboration can be enhanced by organizing joint press conferences between Life Invader and FIB every 3–4 days, keeping the citizens informed about the city’s ongoing fight against crime. Additionally, FIB can extend support to Life Invader by ensuring the security of their in-character events.
