Johnn Williams was born in Essex, England. After his birth, his parents had abandoned him, and he was adopted by a old couples. Johnn Williams was not a very healthy child, he often used to suffer from diseases due to low immunity. As Johnn Williams grew up, he realized that he had constant headaches daily, sometimes he used to get fatigued. He told this to his so-called parents, who adopted him. Once again, they took Johnn to an hospital where the doctor performed a lot of tests. The parents and Johnn Williams was expecting common diseases again as usual, but the destiny had other plans. After an MRI Report of Johnn Williams's brain, he was diagnosed with a malignant Brain Tumor. The doctors, weren't sure if Johnn would make it even after the treatment, but this was least of the worries as the couples weren't rich enough to pay for the surgery and which resulted Johnn Williams being transferred into a Government hospital with no fancy services. Miraculously, Johnn Williams was treated by a well known doctor which resulted in his surgery to go well. He was treated and completely recovered. He was very thankful to his parents and the doctors. As a result of these life changing injuries, Johnn turned to crime because he was so angry with the wold. He began to sell drugs and commit horrific crimes and became a monster.
Career Story:
Johnn Williams found an interest in the states Los Santos Police Department to get his mind off his horrific past experiences, it taught him discipline, respect and many more key personality traits. Over his years of service he climbed his way up the ranks which gave him power, he was able to relax in his position. However he got too comfortable and began to spiral out of control again, began to commit crimes and even find and interest in torturing people due to his past experiences. His situation worsened, he began to miss the thrill of his past life of crimes and terror. He found himself fully living a double life, one as the flawless second part the the cities most respected officers, and the other as a dirty officer abusing his power for the thrill and the money. Now it was a game of living for the thrill, and trying not to get caught.
