Moiz was born in Peshawar Pakistan, His childhood was very bad due to his father leave he and his mom alone in a village house, they were not having any source of money so his childhood was very bad and sadly, He and his mom were very sad for his father life that is he safe or not,they were try to find him but they cant find him,now one day moiz started street vender job he earn 3000$ from it in 2month, he made some friends there, so one day moiz told to his friend that take me in their criminal gang, his gang friends give him work to get some ammos,guns and cocaine from them and sell it in black market and he will get money, he decided to leave normal life and join as gangster, and be one of gangster, one day he was doing guns and ammo delivery to sandy shores, and there was ng checkpoint and ng ask his passport and search his car truck sahp found guns and ammo in it, but moiz said to ng that they are not mine i dont know who put it in my trunk, ng got suspicious on him and decided to check his back ground ng found clear background and give him a chance to work in ng as major, so he was very hard worker doing his job very good but as he was over thinker so he think that why i didnt complete my dreams, his dream was to be corrupt in NG but as it was leo so not possible he try his best but fails, he left NG and join sahp as master trooper and after some months he decided to leave SAHP and go to NG back and he got LT Colonel

When Moiz joined NG back so he was so much active unit and his leader and his high commands like him due to his perfect work so he was most active bcz he got much experience in the leo org and he joined the PR department back bcz he likes pr department. and also he was attending all events and was daily duty, he stay at ng for another one term to do more hard work so one day the general add him in the list of promotion ceremony ,when the ceremony came so the moiz was very happy bcz he know that i worked hard so when general was announcing the names so there was one which was Moiz White and got promotion to the colonel of pr he was very happy he stay 1 week more and then he went to SAHP with HOD rank ,suddenly one day there was possible fz raid warning by fib so all sahp lspd ng fib gather in the main hanger then they make plains so when fz start so they were winning but suddenly moiz hit a gang member on leg and he surrender and say him "please please please dont kill me please" then he said that he will give me ammos,guns, and armors for free and he will also buy ng ammo truck information for money , moiz think its the best time to deal them he deal with the gang member one of NG saw him and catch moiz and told him my bodycam is on and recorded all voice, then moiz say him sorry that he will not do this again but the ng was corrupt and told moiz that now you have to join NG or he will leak bodycam moiz was scared for his job but ng force him and then he joined NG back as Colonel of PR and then the ng and moiz were doing corruption together and was leaking info and buying guns for money then he buy guns and was happy in corruption

1- Moiz can take bribes (up to $100,000 or guns/ammo/illegal stuff) and rob (Pickpocket) in order to Let them Go.
2- Moiz can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
3- Moiz can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping
4- Moiz can also destroy their bodycam after finding it (using the /try command twice per situation) and if found he can break it (/do Breaks bodycam)
5- Moiz can break IC Laws & Rules. ( No OOC Rules will be Broken )
6- Moiz can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7- Moiz can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to avoid catch and save his friends, family members. ( no targeting or PG)
8- Moiz can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee (FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP).
9- Moiz can take contracts or start random prison breaks.
10- Moiz can unlock the ammo trucks for gangs to steal it for bribes (up to 100k) and can help them to take truck out of base (avoid Fail rp)
