Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB).
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Being in state organization, I have completed my successful term in LSPD and SAHP both Leo orgs with good activity and everyone who was a part of mine team was deeply satisfied and provided good activity to the community, now I need to experience and provide a good leadership and can attain a beautiful and prominent term. As Being a Leader of FIB I can assure you that the units in the organisation will get good and effective training and experience and will provide combat and interactive training sessions within the duration of my term.
During my term in fib i will assist every org during their missions.
LSPD: I will assist LSPD during their special missions and city patrols too
SAHP: FIB will assist SAHP during missions and highway patrols, Checkpoint etc.
EMS: FIB will include EMS too from now as they are also one of us and include them during our missions
LI: FIB will also work with LI for articles and associating them in missions for news article and broadcasts
NG: FIB will assist NG with early alerts for FZ raid with help of our UC department and also assist them during other missions.
Evidences are also major part of the FIB activity, I can assure to provide and gather intel and evidences of max number of crimes in the city and can assure FIB will Respond to every situation at anytime with max units.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I would make to assign skill full and experienced deputies, as good leadership helps a lot other to grow, and also I will make sure to have active tow units.
I will make sure every person in organisation knows proper procedure of becoming a well known and remarkable officer. Teaching them with an experienced HR team that ensure our officers are equipped with the correct sets of skills to ensure citizens and prosecutors are not affected with the wrong doings of any type. In my presence the relationship of FIB with other organization will be strong. I will make sure there will be no conflict between us and also during special missions of organization.
