2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? I’ve been around long enough to know how much a good leader can impact the team. I want to be the kind of leader who supports others, helps them learn, and makes them feel confident in what they do. Whether it’s showing a new recruit the ropes or helping a fellow officer through a tough call, I want to be there for the people who make this department what it is.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization. One of the best ways to improve roleplay is by keeping things realistic. Following proper traffic stop procedures, radio callouts, and using correct terminology makes interactions feel more authentic. It also helps newer members learn the right way to handle situations while keeping the experience enjoyable for everyone.
