    1. Why do you want to become an admin ?
    -> I want to become an admin because I enjoy helping players and improving the RP environment also I have gained valuable experience in multiple RP servers in my country, where I learned the fundamentals of administration and community support. However, after joining Grand RP, I found the experience far more engaging, well-structured, and enjoyable compared to others. This is why I chose to step away from those servers and dedicate my focus entirely to Grand RP
    
    2. What are your strengths?
    ->I am friendly with players and admins in communication. I handle situations calmly and respectfully. I support my team and always try to communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings
    
    3. What are your weaknesses?
    -> One of my weaknesses is that, while I enjoy finding easy solutions, I usually try to handle too many jobs at once. However, I've been doing better nowadays by setting targets and handling things carefully to guarantee accuracy and equity.
    
    4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
    -> I am able to communicate effectively, handle player reports in a professional way, and patiently handle issues. I can effectively support the admin team since I have a solid understanding of RP rules and player conduct, respond fast to situations, and possess both leadership and teamwork abilities.
    
    5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
    -> Yes, and I don’t currently own a business.
    
    6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
    -> Yes, I am a BBA LLB student right now, so I could sometimes be busy with academics. But I'm motivated to complete the tasks given to me by the administrative staff, and I'll manage my time properly. I can continue to be active for two to six hours every day and make sure that my administrative duties regularly get carried out.
    
    7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
    
    -> I may not have much experience on this server yet, and I am still learning some rule codes, but I understand the importance of fair and enjoyable RP also I'm ready for training or a trial period in order to show my commitment to the server. As I improve in this position, I am ready to learn from senior administrators, open to feedback, and motivated to assist the community.
