Q.1 Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
I’ve been part of this server for a long time and have experienced almost every side of RP from hc roles in Government to interacting with players daily. Over time, I realized that I genuinely enjoy helping others, solving issues, and keeping the server’s environment fun and fair for everyone.
Now, I feel it’s the right time to step away from RP life and focus on something bigger supporting the community as an admin. I want to help new players understand RP better, maintain discipline, and keep the city a place where people actually enjoy spending time.
For me, being an admin isn’t about power it’s about responsibility, fairness, and helping the community grow.
Q.2 What are your strengths?
1. I’m patient, calm, and handle situations without losing my cool.
2. I have strong communication skills and can easily talk with players from different backgrounds.
3. I’ve got solid experience in hc and decision-making from my time as Chief Minister.
4. I’m active, approachable, and always ready to help when someone needs guidance.
Q.3 What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I overwork myself when I’m focused on something important I tend to spend too much time trying to make everything perfect. But I’m learning to balance things better now.
Q.4 What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring maturity, teamwork, and a deep understanding of both RP and server rules. I’ve been part of several departments, so I know how different factions operate and what kind of issues players face daily.
I’m also good at handling conflict and staying unbiased I always look at both sides before making a decision.
Q.5 Will you be ready to sell your business?
I don't have any business.
Q.6 Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No, there’s nothing stopping me from being active. My schedule is stable, and I can give enough time to the server every day.

I’ve always been passionate about Grand RP and the community here. This city has given me some of my best experiences and friendships. I genuinely want to give something back by helping players, supporting fair RP, and being someone the team can rely on.
