My account has been banned, and I fully understand my mistake. I request that my in-game account balance be reset and my ban lifted. I accept the balance reset as a fair condition for the ban removal process.

Dear admins, I was banned from the server for GR 1.3. I've always tried to abide by and respect the city rules. However, due to an unfortunate situation, it seems I was banned. I loved the En 2 server very much. I've dedicated my life to it for the last two years, filled with fond memories, but I was banned from the game because of my mistake. I'm sorry. I'm more than willing to do anything. Thank you for your time and understanding.
