2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all SAHP is the most joined organization after FIB LSPD and the Home town for me Like which i started my corrier in GRP server from starting there is a
curiosity to became the leader of this Organization but due to lack of experience i need to do a lot of hard work to make this happen and the area in which SAHP is present is the most often area in which crimes happens i want to reduce this crime and make the highways cleans in a more dedicated and efficient way i have worked with a lot of state leaders in LSPD , SAHP , FIB almost in every state organization and learned how a leader is actuallly run a whole organization i practicallly experienced every situation in which a organization plays a most important role either in wining or protecting the whole city and also also saw verious things which can be fixed which will improve the roleplay in whole organization
Favouritsm and Misusing of powers
The most common and biggest problem in a organization is favouritsm and missusing of powers i personally experienced this when ever a new or old high command is appointed to a sudden position then many times he used that position for his favour and even shows a lot of wrong things and bad behaviour to their junior Agents and officers when ever they need help in any thing they are high commands to help their junior units or agents in any thing not for showing bad behaviour or atitude to them and many times it happen also that a high command appointed to a high position with zero experience in any thing they got much promotion then other officers which deserves that i will make sure if i get the term this will not happen any more so every one can Enjoy Rp as much as they can.....
Work Environment
Work environment is another important thing in a organizaion if work environment is good every one can play their roles in a most perfect way and if the work environment is not good in any organization no one is interested to play the actual role of that organization so i will make sure that all units even a new joined officers will be treated equally not un equality or any thing everyone will be promoted if they shows enough activity either in department or actual rank not mis use of department powers every one will get their justifications in time with no Hasitaition so their can be a boost in Rp in a organizaiton...............
Events and Bonuses
In a organization department plays most important roles in my point of view if a department bonus is good every one will show interest to join it and it really effect the role play if department bonus is less then expected then no body will show interest in any thing especially in that department i will make sure maximum bonuses will be given as much as i can so everyone will show activity and i will tell the head of Department to organize different types of internal events which can improves the compability to think of a officers in different situations and act accordingly which will help in wining of our organization in any situation......
Night time Activity
i have seen this many times that a organization has alot of numbers in it but they all show activity in Day times everyone is active in day time but in night time these numbers is like vanished this needed to fix night time activity is also very important and a organization must need to show as much units and numbers as in Day time so that in night times we can protect the high ways and attent events as much as we can if i get the term i will make sure this will be implimented as soon as possible........
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Training , Hiring And Procedures
I will try to hire most experienced officers in HRT department so they can hire many new officers in organziaton and can do as much open recruitments as they can so we can get many numbers in a organization and i will tell the head of HRT department to make the Training of a new officers as easy as they can so they can easily understand the situation and took the actions accordingly if the Training of a officers is good enough he can automatically enjoy the RP as much as he can.....
PR Department
PR department is another important department which play a important roles between the citizen and the officers of a organization and i have seen this many times that PR Department is in Lack of numbers everytime this needed to fixed i will make sure that i will hire most active officers in this department we can do atleast one events everyday and every event will be different from each other and bring more attraction , curiosity and fun to attend i will increase the bonus system of PR department so other officers can show interest to join it and it will be active 24/7.........
Communication Skills
Communication Skill is the key of a organizations success eithers in events or Relations with other organization if communication is good enough we can take the dicision which can make us win even in Harsh situation to i have seen this many times due to lack of communications with other organization the relation with other organization is not good in past which at end the end is like a Disaster of that organization so it is most important to have good communitcation with others so there is no problem at all in any situation....
Front Lobby Activeness
In my past experience in SAHP i have seen this many times that if there is like two or three events is going on the front lobby of SAHP becames also empty everyone is became that much busy that they forgot that the front side of SAHP need at least one number stading there i will make sure that there will be one unit present at any cost during the insurance selling time 24/7 at least untill 22:00........

PR {Public Relations} is a team which organizes different events for civilian of Los Santos their job is to make more creative events and attract with civilians as much as they can . there main priority is make and lead different events

HRT {Human Resources and training} their job is one of the most important job in the whole organization their job is to hire new officers to the organization and also their job is to train them regarding to rules of this organization. they also take interviews of newbies
IA {Internal Affairs}
IA {Internal Affairs} is another very important department in the whole organization there job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to kept their eyes on different units if they are specious that they are involve in criminal activity their job is to investigate it and caught them.

TE {Traffic enforcement} is the second most important department in SAHP because their main job is to clean the city from the cars which are illegally parked and their job is also to give fines and and toe the cars and make the city clean as they can and their job is also to petrol the highway and find if there is any criminal activity going on the highway
