ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Leader Of... Federal Investigation Bureau

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

~1~

I wanna be the Director of Federal Investigation Bureau, as I genuinely enjoy team-based and structured RP. I have solid experience in law enforcement and know how to manage people, think quickly, and remain calm in stressful situations. My goal is to establish the Federal Investigation Bureau as one of the most active and respected organizations in the city. I want to build a disciplined team, with everyone knowing their roles and responsibilities, working together, and feeling proud to represent the Bureau.

~2~
I have always had a strong interest in law enforcement and justice. If I get the chance to lead the FIB, I want to use that role to help protect people, stop organised crime, and keep the city fair and safe for everyone. This position will give me a good chance to turn my passion for justice into real actions that can make a positive difference.

~3~
I have seen favouritism spoil many organisations, and I will not allow that to happen in my term. I will make sure that only trusted and hardworking people are given high command roles, and promotions will be based only on performance, activity, and dedication towards the FIB. If I find anyone showing favouritism, there will be strict action taken, which can even lead to removal from the Bureau.

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
"Building Strong Relations with Other Organisations"

Keeping good relations with other organisations is very important for a better roleplay experience. As the leader of FIB, I will make sure we communicate and work together with other State Orgs. This can be through regular meetings, joint operations, or even informal talks to discuss ideas and issues. By having healthy interactions with other organisations, we can make roleplay more interesting and enjoyable for everyone.

"Building Trust with the Citizens"
In the past, the FIB has not had much interaction with law-abiding citizens, which has created a gap in understanding and sometimes encourages new players to join criminal activities. To change this, I propose setting up a department in the FIB that focuses on engaging with citizens, especially new players. Through organised activities, events, and open days at our headquarters, we can show the benefits of working within the law. By involving citizens in our operations and giving them a glimpse of a FIB agent’s daily work, we can help them understand and respect law enforcement roles in the city.

Regards,
Bright Tyer
