The Player probably made a Second account to do the Scam so his Main Account dont get Banned and he will just sell the stuff to his main. Please keep that in Mind so he gets the Punishment on the Account that he is actually using and not his second account only because he will not care about that since its his intention. He played 206 Hours in the last 2 Weeks so the only Thing that makes sence is that he did it with his second and will transfer all to his main Account. He is offline on the Scam account and now playin on Main. Check Steam account for Proof (Steam Community :: ♕ѕнє ¢αℓℓ мє нα¢)

Wasn't Tax evasion as the car was sold at 10% of its state value though aka 1.5m.. No money was exchanged after charging the player 1.5m for the car if you watched the video clearly. Before claiming that you understand the rules make sure you actually understand them and the situation completely.
