Hello,

I would just like to apologise for my actions and angry message towards avi,
It was completely uncalled for and I am sorry for offending them in a response to a ticket, I have not had any kind of ban like this or disrespected any staff before I just got heated.

Looking back on my actions it was incredibly stupid of me to over react in such a way.

I promise to be back on my best behaviour if this ban can be overturned which I hope you guys can find a way to let me back.

I can wait the extra remaining 7 days but would really like to come back and play with my friends and enjoy the city again.
