Additional Information
1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) My journey through law enforcement started from the ground and led me here.
My RP work started at LSPD, and the list of my jobs was my promotion to the position of Head of the Department (HOD). I then transferred to SAHP, where I served in the High Command positions, and then transferred to FIB, where I served as a Federal Commander. Subsequently, I worked in the National Guard as a Lieutenant General where I gained good leadership, coordination, and communicative skills. Being on both sides of the law enforcement, now I desire to go back to FIB and change it really, to restore the professionalism, activity, and intelligence that this body can symbolize.
(ii) I want to build an FIB that focuses on intelligence and professionalism, not just raids.
The actual role played by the Bureau is often ignored. I will aim to build internal strength, like in inquiries to undercover work, and make FIB the agency other orgs look up to. Through appropriate training, coordination and division of roles, we can be able to develop a force that acts not randomly, but in a strategic manner.
(iii) I want to give members a reason to stay, learn, and grow inside FIB.
I have witnessed numerous instances where officers have quit because of ineffective communication or leadership deficiency. Promotions will be done according to performance and not on favoritism under my term. I will make all the agents feel appreciated and educated. My leadership approach will be based on a team-oriented approach, sound decision-making, and continuous improvement using RP and discipline.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Training & Development: New agents should be trained regularly on how to communicate, on procedures during arrest and as an undercover RP. Discipline & Structure: Develop a proper chain of command and make sure that all the divisions report appropriately to the HODs.
Active Investigations: Pay more attention to the collection of intelligence, gathering of evidence, and liaison with LSPD and SAHP.
Zero Favoritism: Employees are promoted and given bonuses based on activity, skill and the quality of RP.
Inter-Org Relations: Have a good relationship with other legal bodies in order to deal with big cases with ease.
