Rejected Event Store

I bought an item from the event store. The name was the same, but there was no image of the item. Clicking on it reveals the item. It appears when you wear it. I also wanted to buy the bottom of the item, but a different item arrived, and my 120,000 points were lost. The images in the store are incorrect, and I received the wrong item. I request that this be corrected.
