I’m waiting outside the RP factory perameter, and player ID 183221 killed me outside the parameter.

I’m a bit confused between ER 1.2 because the forum rules say “10 minutes before and 5 minutes after the event,” but the Grand RP Discord rules mention “10 minutes before, during, and 5 minutes after.” That’s why I’m referencing both rules ER 1.2 and ER 1.11
( I am ready to change the title if needed ).
