As you can see in my pov ID:81581 cuffed me when I was holding a gun and I was running at19:01
then ID:34045 started processing me without taking the jumpsuit at 19:05
then ID:81581 started talking in about my previous punishment when my main account got ban for 60 day so it lost my juice shop business so he was mocking about it at 19:08
then ID :34045 was keep on giving me fine during the ADMIN situation

ID 34045 will receive a punishment for Toxicity+Provoking+Fail RP
ID 81581 will receive a punishment for Toxicity+Provoking
However
ID 136031 will receive a punishment for Fear RP+Toxicity+Provoking

Leos can cuff you while you holding a gun there is no rule break in that
ID 34045 is getting a punsihment for not following proper RP procedure and continue the RP in admin presence
ID 81581 will be punished for provoking and toxicity
ID 136031 is getting a punishment for fear RP by not complying with LEOS while they are pointing a gun at you and for toxicity.
