Repeat rule break forums can only be opened if the same rule break is committed multiple times. However, the forum owner has targeted the player with ID 115767 and presented several pieces of evidence, which clearly shows that they are trying to deceive you. The explanations they wrote contradict the evidence they provided. They present 5 pieces of evidence but claim that the player with ID 115767 committed this rule break 10 times in one month, which means they are deceiving the admin.
