2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) Firstly I want to become leader on an organization of a LEO org and I think so FIB is the best org for that. And I have experience in FIB more than any other LEO org.
(ii) I have much experience in legal organizations which make me eligible to manage their work with full potential. I have been a Judge, High command in most of the organization which make to lead a organization.
(iii) I want FIB to be the best org and active in views of other org and citizens. And I will try to do raids daily and make my term best.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(i) The HR team must be best and hire people with experience and patience. They must not hire rank chasers.
(ii) I will be organising events for citizens and my agents to increase their RP with the help of PR team. It will create a good image of FIB in front of other organizations.
(iii) The CID team must be active and collect evidences daily from situations and undercover. The HCs of CID team must be experienced to maintain no rule breaks.
Departments
Criminal Investigation Division (CID): This department will be collecting evidences against families, gangs which will helpful in raids.
Human Resources (HR): HR will be hiring agents for other department and giving trainings of FIB.
Internal Affairs (IA): This department will be checking activity of agents by logs and their time in city.
Spec Ops: This department will be responding fastest to the situations than other departments. It will be good in shooting.
Public Relations: They will be organizing events for the citizens and maintaining good relations with other organization.
