Life Story:
Izz grew up in a rough neighborhood in Los Satnos, where crime was high and the police were never on his side. He watched cops harass his family and friends for no reason, so Izz hated them from the start. His best friend was the only person who kept him out of real trouble. But one night, his best friend was killed in a gang shootout. The police didnt care enough to find out who did it. That changed Izz's life forever. He didnt want to live like the gang members, but he also didnt want to stay weak like everyone else. One day Izz heard about a program that can get him into the police academy, Izz decided to join them with no hesitation. He wanted power, Everyone thought he was crazy, but in his mind, it was the only way to get justice. He told himself he would be a good cop someone who would clean the streets and protect people like his best friend.
Career Story:
Izz was able to join the police academy. At first Izz tried hard to follow the law rules. After 6 months of hard work, Izz got his first promotion to Los Santos Police Department as a patrol officer. Izz was working hard and following the rules for 2 more years and getting promotions so fast and got one of the highest positions "Task Force Agent". He stayed serving in the LSPD until one of his good friends offered him to join the Federal Investigation Bureau with a high position. Izz didnt aruge and accepted the offer. Izz was working hard in FIB, climbing up ranks fast, earning respect and get to know some new good people in Bureau, but Izz saw that was boring and very slow way to make money. Izz started to change, He wanted power and decent and fast money. He stopped believing in doing the "right thing and being a good cop" and started doing what worked. He takes the suspects and lets them pay him money or takes their weapons and lets them leave before they get arrested and makes some deals with trusted gangs for some cash. Izz realized he had more power as a corrupt cop than any gangster in the city. Izz lives in between law and crime. using both lives he has to his advantage.
Outcomes:
1. Izz can torture/Interrogate People for information and by using truth serum using ( /try 2 times per situation ) [ NO Killing ],
2. Izz can take bribes ( 100K and Guns/Ammo/illegal stuff [ Max 100K Worth ] ) as bribe.,
3. Izz can lie about the request of a Lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.,
4. Izz will without any Doubt help his family and closest friends. Releasing them if they are in cuffs, dropping their charges and letting them,
escape.
