Departments You Can Join
Undercover Department
Undercover Department
Undercover departments are specialized units within FIB tasked with conducting covert operations to gather intelligence and evidence on criminal activities. These units often employ undercover officers who assume false identities to infiltrate criminal organizations or investigate high-priority cases, such as drug trafficking or organized crime. The success of undercover departments relies on the ability of their officers to blend in seamlessly with the criminal world while maintaining their true identity hidden to protect their safety and the integrity of the operation.
Human Resources (HR)
Human Resources (HR) is the function within FIB that manages its workforce. HR professionals handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. They ensure compliance with Labor laws, develop and enforce workplace policies, and foster a positive work environment. HR also plays a critical role in talent development, identifying skill gaps, creating training programs, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Overall, HR aims to optimize the workforce, enhance employee engagement, and support the organization's strategic objectives while maintaining legal and ethical standards.
Special Operations (Spec Ops) & Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (S.A.U.)
Spec Ops & SAU are collaborative law enforcement units established by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIB) in partnership with various federal, state, and local agencies. These task forces are designed to address and combat terrorism threats and activities. Both brings together a wide range of law enforcement and intelligence professionals, including FIB agents, local police officers, federal agents from other agencies, and representatives from the intelligence community, working together to share information and expertise in counterterrorism efforts. These task forces play a critical role in investigating, preventing, and responding to terrorism-related incidents, ranging from identifying potential threats to conducting investigations, surveillance, and apprehending individuals or groups involved in terrorist activities.
