Michel was born in a single-parent home. The only thing he hade is his mom and his little sister. Michel was born in a high-crime neighborhood where there were crackheads all around. One day as Michel is walking home from school he sees that a window is broken at house his heart start to race his breathing becomes fast he dose t know what to do so he enters and sees a nightmare his mom and his sister dead at the counter multiple stab wounds blood everywhere Michel start to panic he start crying doesn’t know what to do so he just starts yelling but no1 comes to help him then after 5min he calls the police and Ems. After they come, they take Michel away he is send to his grandmother to Los Santos there his troubles leave him his grandma lives in a low-crime neighborhood he can live in peace. After 8 years had passed, he decided that he wanted to do something so people don’t suffer like he did, so he decided what better choice but to join the SAHP and hunt down the same kind of people that did that to his family.
Career Story:
After Michel became an SAHP officer, he was always a bit off, a bit power hungry he always liked that he had power over another person, rather it was that he could fine then or even arrest them; he hade the power to do that. But Michel was always a bit off, and one officer saw that Officer Johnny he was an upstanding officer always doing good for the people, and Johnny didn’t like Michel. He saw what Michel did, the hunger he had. One day, Michel and Johnny were partnered together, and on that day, Johnny really saw what Michel was like: easy-tempered, mean, just straight upbeat. Johnny thote nothing off it he said just a week of this and he would get reassigned, but boy was he wrong. One day, as they are patrolling together, they pulled over a young man and an 16 black kid named Jarone. Johnny wanted to give the kid a warning, but Michel didn’t, so he took him out of the car, cuffed him, and made an unlawful search of the car. While Johnny was talking to the kid, he saw Michel planting something a bag Jhonny screamed at him What are you doing Michel panicked, grabbed his gun and boom, shoot Jhonny in the chest while Jhonny was bleeding, the kid went mental, he was screaming for help but Michel wasn't there to help so he grabbed Johnny's firearm and shot the kid. When Michel reported the screen, nobody even suspected him; they just thought another fucked up cop killer. Michel thought if he got away whit killing his partner, what else can he get away whit?
Outcomes:
1- Michel gets to plant evidence on the suspect with a proper reason
2-Michel can destroy his and other officers or suspects bodycam with a /try
3-Michel can lie about a lawyer not being available to a suspect
4-Michel can take a bribe (max 100k)
5-Michel can kill a civilian or an officer if the person has any evidence on Michel's corruption
6-Michel can take illegal items like drugs or guns off the suspects to use for personal use
7-When there are IA check-ups, Michel can run away from them
