2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be the Leader of SAHP because it was the first organisation i joined when i started playing this game. And during my time in SAHP i have experienced a lot of leaders and i said that i wanted to be a leader of the SAHP and try to make one of the best terms in the history of SAHP.
2.2 I want to be the Leader of SAHP because that i have seen and experienced a lot of favouritism in the past terms of SAHP. Therefore i want to eliminate all favouritism and make the RolePlay life a lot of better.
2.3 Conclusively I want the SAHP to be a highly skilled, professional, active and reliable organisation that all state orgs can rely on to be constantly providing activity at all times day or night.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will ensure there is at least 1 HRT at HQ at all times for the recruitment of both experienced and new troopers.
- I will make sure that HRT department trains the troopers professionally and goodly by making IA do checks on random troopers about things like arrest procedure etc.
- I will make sure to hold at least 2 open recruitments a day for maximum activity in the organisation and Human Resources & Training department
- I will make sure to choose a good COD for PR to hold the best and most events the city has seen.
- I will make sure that the IA department wont allow ANY favouritism in the organisation.
- I will make sure to attend all the events and sometimes make friendly competetions inside the organisation like "Who makes most arrests in 1 week" to make the organisation more active.
- I will ensure proper radio codes are being used within the organisation to create great communication skills with troopers and maintain professionalism and roleplay in the organisation, We will also hold weekly meetings with all of our employees to give them a chance to express their opinion's and things we can improve within the org to make the roleplay more enjoyable for everyone.
- I will make sure the S.W.A.T department is conducting trainings to improve our organisations roleplay at store robbery's, Hostage situations and gang raids. They will also be kept up to date with the FIB tactics so we are able to match their skill and professionalism at events which I believe will improve the roleplay dramatically.
