Hello Highers up
I made a complaint against ID 151245 because he gaves me a UB demand and he kill me without a RP reason which is GR6.15 .
Mr Shisui UchihaXx reject my forum asking for a longer POV since my POV contains the whole situation as the rule of filling complaints said :
- evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));

I m confident that you will make the right decision.
