Hey in my pov uchiha clan did mass rule break i will give time stamps:
1. GH 1,3 - 84836 - 00:02
2. GH 1,3 - 136031 - 00:08
3. GH 1.3 - 13242 - 00:15 and 00:21
4. GH 1,3 - 152628 - 00:28 and 00:38
5. GH 1,3 - 89880 - 00:45

They are walking around Marabunta HQ as a family. There are those who are breaking this unofficial rule, and we want them to be punished.

1.3 On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organisations. | WARN

is what the rule states, as you can see there is an event zone and I am not doing that on purpose, please let your decision be fair as if you were in this situation aswell.
Running around a HQ whilst waiting for the event and getting punished doesn't make sense, we have played enough EN1 and EN2 given this was never even counted as a rulebreak, but please don't tilt the rules accordingly.
