As you can see he was in the middle of all the hectic.

I am pretty sure he was not abusing anything but just trapped in the heat of the moment.

Which is a normal thing adrenaline does with somebody when a lot is going on.

Man we were in the middle of a gun fight, you really think im paying attention to my health bar when im trying to get rounds down range. It was a bug issue.
