Every time I join the server it fails at finishing handshake and gives me the error portrayed in the google drive link. The Rage MP Menu is saying I've been banned. I haven't been issued any warnings and am not sure what happened. I submitted a prior request where I was told to restart my modem and try a VPN, but the problem continues. This is the 3rd time I have posted this after getting the comment try VPN or restart router.
