i am a new player in the server. A person walks to me named {ahmet boateng} and ask me for the key to take a drive of my car so he can find how fast it can go and he can buy it .But at front of casino he kicked me from the car now i cant find my car.

You can just recall your car at any parking lot, as well as logging off will get rid of his key. If you only gave the KEY then you still have full ownership to the car
