As you can see, my friends and I, five people in total, stopped him and pointed our guns at him, telling him to get out of the car and put his hands on his head. However, he got out of the car with his gun in his hand, so I fired a single shot at his armor to scare him. My intention in firing was to scare him into dropping his weapon, but before I could say anything, he tried to shoot at the five of us with his gun, and my friends shot him. I believe what he did here was FEAR RP.
