If you notice while the players are talking in this pov, they are both in Turkish and they say "discord" and "youtube" and the id that is breaking the GR 3.1 rules is: ID: 152015. He calls the player "lavuk" and this id says "discord" to the players but there is no such thing as discord in the game as you know that GR 6.10 and ID: 133575 are also breaking this rule and he says "youtube" again there is no such thing in the game. The other IDs are talking about the same topic with these people regarding the discord topic. I am sure you will make the right decision. Have a nice day.
