It's really hard to shoot someone in a running vehicle and id 223858 break his armor in seconds.
I am damn sure id 223857 and 223858 using chests.

U can't shoot even when its 00:00.

Its really not hard to hit someone in a car, u just dont know anything about the rouls and how this games works, and u were in a Cabrio where u have no roof so its easier

Yeh its not that much hard but its really hard to connect every single shot in a vehicle.
