Hello sir,
As far as I know dragging someone and using radio simultaneously is considered as PG and GR 6.6 is still applicable, please let me know if I am wrong so that I can improve my knowledge in near future.


The forum-
at timestamp 0:50 he patched me in an active gun fight you can see around and hear in the POV that fight was going on there.
Moreover for the PG part he was dragging me by the arm and using radio bascially skipping the draging animation.
