1) I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) Basic Infos -:
I would like to become leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) because i have spent almost 2,3 terms in LSPD and LSPD was the legal org which gave me knowledge about the state laws and legislation. When i came into the city i joined EMS as my first legal organisation but it did not teach me much about the state law and legislations, which LSPD did. As i like DOJ related works and i was District Attorney, State Attorney several times because of DOJ i believe i know alot of things about the legislation and ethics about the LEOs, With all these qualities i believe i can be a good Chief Of Police, and also share these qualities with my fellow officers of LSPD.
2.2) Conflicts Between Orgs & Better Interviewing And Training System -:
As i have spent substantial amount time within the legal organisations, i have noticed one thing in common "conflicts between organisations", this is the problem that almost all the leader of legal organisations have faced this mainly happens because of the misunderstandings or wrong judgements due to lack of knowledge to solve this problem we will introduce better interview system and training system , under this system the officer will go many training session which will enhance their teamwork, communication, so that they not only have OOC knowledge but IC knowledge as well, i believe with all theese implementation that my HR team will do will reduce unnecessary disputes between organisation. i will 100% try not have any conflicts between my organisation with some other organisation because it will not give any benefit to any of the organisation only cons are there are no pros in conflicts between organisations. it will only cause troubles to the citizens and the state as we are determined to keep the city clean.
2.3) Favouritism In Organisations -:
During my long journey between organisations i have noticed something common in almost every organisation and under every leader i have worked under which is favouritism, favouritism is a thing that can make people both happy and sad as well sad for those who work harder so that they get the ideal and niche rank that they are capable and worthy of but on the other hand some deputie's friend or leader's friend or some highcommand's friend get the ranks easily without doing the hardwork or maybe they do not even have any knowledge regarding the state and specially not capable enough to handle High command situations like our units get arrested or something complex, in that situation maybe the guy who got rank easily may stir up the situation and make it more complicated on the other hand maybe someone who was worthy of that rank may conclude the situation right there.
for this all reason there will be no favouritism and all ranks will be given by me through the promotion ceremony.
3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- The first thing i want to implement to improve RolePlay level in the organisation is appoint a DA ( District Attorney ), as he/she will conduct meeting and sessions regarding the state rules and issues
- Same goes for me, i will also conduct regular meeting with all my officers
- Work with media to catch criminals
- Deputys and HighCommands As well as me will give interviews to LI whenever it is needed so that they can make news about what is going on in the city
- Increased Towing, will try to maximize the towings to clean the city from wrongly parked vehicles
- Will do special operations with all organisation like UC burst, etc. to increase roleplay as well as increase in experiences of my officers
- actively work on UC department to give off the workload from FIB for evidences and all
- Host PR events as much as possible so that citizen can enjoy a proper RP too
- Will provide protection to LI and EMS as they conduct promotion ceremonies as well as PR events
