1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
My main goal has always been to help the community, which I find much more rewarding than playing RP itself. I have a long history of seeking administrative roles on every server because I enjoy fixing problems and supporting players. I even have prior experience being a high-rank Admin on another server, so I already know how to handle the job. Frankly, joining Grand RP in 2023 showed me that this is the best server I have ever played on. I've had great experiences and made real friends here. I feel strongly that it's time to give back to this amazing server. I am ready to fully stop my RP life and use my experience to help everyone here. I’m already online more than 10 hours every day, and I am happy to dedicate all that time to be an Admin. It's the perfect new adventure for me here on the best GTA RP platform

3. What are your strengths?
I am a highly determined person. My biggest strength is that when I set my mind on something, I achieve it, no matter what effort it takes. This means I will always follow through on my administrative responsibilities. I also genuinely love providing help to anyone who asks me; I find supporting the community more satisfying than playing RP
4. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes try to do everything myself. When I see a lot of problems, I want to fix them all immediately, and I can forget to ask my teammates (other Admins) for help or share the workload. I’m learning that it’s much better to share the work so we can all solve more problems faster and avoid burnout
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
High Availability & Commitment: As I mentioned, being an Admin here is my main goal now. I spend a lot of time on the server daily and I'm ready to use that time to support the admin team, especially during busy hours. I am great at solving fights. I can stay calm when players are angry and help them solve their issues quickly, so they stop arguing and get back to playing RP.
