In the POV that was submitted against me is not the full situation and very miss leading. This person hit me with his vehicle while I was outside of my car to get away from me. Then continues to drive around the city reckless. We even had a lawyer review bodycam and was told to process all charges. he also bribed me to not arrest him which lawyer saw as well. After giving him commands to get out he response with no and drives away.
