The streets were packed, and a delivery truck suddenly cut him off. He swerved hard, barely making it. After ten minutes of weaving through traffic, he lost the cops. Reflex beat speed that night.
Later, he was trusted with a high-value shipment. Routes and timing were all mapped out. Still, a rival crew showed up out of nowhere. They boxed him in. He didn’t freak out—just used the streets he knew like the back of his hand, tricked them, and got away with the goods. A mix of planning and instinct carried him through.
As time passed, he started holding his own corner of the city. Rivals poked around, hoping to catch him off guard. During one job, his team walked into an ambush. Everyone looked to him. He reacted fast, used the layout around them, and flipped the situation. That win earned respect and quiet fear.
Even simple nights weren’t simple. Late drop-offs, watching the streets, leaving fast when things felt wrong—it all mattered. Each good move built his name; one wrong one could’ve buried it.
By twenty-eight, he knew every alley and rooftop. People didn’t respect him for being violent; they respected the way he stayed calm and chose the right move under pressure. The risks shaped him. His name spoke louder than anything he ever claimed.

1 - Rex is experienced in driving, therefore he can operate veichles goodly in rough terrain too.(Excluding Hyper/Super Cars)
2 - Rex is a proficient pilot, capable of landing in confined spaces, flying at low altitudes in pursuit of people, and even navigating under bridges to track people on the water. It's important to note that Hector does not engage in unrealistic flying maneuvers such as flying into tunnels or into the FIB garage. (No UB flying)
3 - Rex being arrested multiple times, knows that state employees and federal agents have a bodycam that is hidden or visible so he can search LEOs using /try searches for bodycam. and /do destroys it. commands.
