I would like to clarify that I have not, at any point, abused GR 3.1 in the situation. If anything was said, it was within Discord (in the mails), not in-game. I am confident that I did not violate GR 3.1 through in-game voice communication. I respectfully request that the Higher-Ups review this matter. I have a clear understanding of the city rules and have ensured that I followed them properly throughout the situation. All I have mentioned "What Happened to the cheats its not working, cheats not working now you can't break the rules & you are nothing without cheats also I didn't even utter a single slang like (madarchod or mothrfkr).
