Life Story
Retro Stark grew up in a hood near the east side ballas gang with his dad being a LSPD cop they barely survived on the income that his father and because of that his mother was also working at a fast food joint to make some extra money so they can improve there living conditions on one day while his mother was working a late night shift the members of gang’s tried to quick smash and dash rob the dinner in which the manager called the cops. Retro’s father being a cop responded to the call the armed gang members shot back in this gun fight one of the gang members shot and killed retros father and un fortunately retro was there who saw his father being killed in the line of duty in cold blood. On that day the hate to wards crime grew in retros heart that made retro to decided to be a federal agent to raid and finish gangs ones in for all
Career Story
Retro studied hard in his university so that he can apply to be a FIB Agent. Retro wrote the entrance exam and got qualified to be a special agent as his father was also in the line of duty so he had a reference and when he became a special agent he tried to solve small crime and investigate the gangs activity and one day when he was going through the records related to shoot outs he found out the gang member who killed his father was let go free because he bribed a federal agent he was furious and taking this evidence he went to his seniors being the man retro with his honestly and the revenge for his fathers death wanted to take revenge legally but the seniors brushed retro off this sparked a fire and he doubted the entire justice system weather this is fair or not to avenge his father retro turned to the side the corruption, After what he did not feel good but he knew this is the only way he can take down the gangs who kill people and retro saw the dark side as a way to get what he needed form being a federal agent he climbed the ranks of the FIB being in fib for a while he used his powers to blackmail extort money and torture people legally for the sole purpose to make retro feel good and the morals he once stood for have been corrupted, turning him into the dark man he is today.
Outcomes:
1. Retro can take bribes and search using family function to see for money in there pockets and tell them and ask (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Retro can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy , sell guns at balck market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included)
3. Retro can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
4. Retro will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them
escape.
5. Retro can refuse to give a 10/15 a lawyer/ lie about asking for one and still detain them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
6. Retro is capable of using torture and interrogation to extract information he might need (NO Killing).
