Approved Targeting + GR 3.1 | 135137

[Sam undefeated | 129288]

As you can see in the POV,player 135137 is directily targeting igly at 15:31 timestamp by saying "U started forum game but we will end it" ( it is in hindi). Also u can see that he used the word "salo" it directly violates GR 3.1!!
I request to check on this matter and also take help from Hindi speaking admin.
