Everyone knows very well who 126589 is. He is an ex admin and ex gang leader.
However, recently, even though the real owner of the account, Frank, hasn’t been playing, the account is still active.
It’s either stolen or sold and being used for ban avoiding.
The person currently using it is 151626 — he iss blacklisted from the server
